They stand by their vehicles I had been having a reoccurring issue with my Jeep Cherokee. While it did take a number of times to finally pinpoint the issue, Sherman Dodge was great about getting me in and getting me out with another vehicle so I could return to my schedule. I appreciated the follow up, the customer service, and attention to my specific issue. While it can be a drive to return to Sherman Dodge, I make the journey because I can trust they will take care of my vehicle. Alex, Kurt, and Nikko each provide great service and make you appreciate purchasing a vehicle there. More

Awful, frustrating, waste of time and money. Main problem with car: water getting into car trunk because of clogged sunroof draining mechanism. This is what I told the "greeter". I told him I had extended warranty (purchased there and I was told EVERYTHING WAS COVERED) on the car and he said this was not covered. I asked him to check and then he said that what I am still paying for was no longer effective!He said if he called to check for benefits, it would be considered as an encounter and therefore I would have to pay. None of his logic made sense. Then he said that there is a drain in the trunk but it was too difficult to get to it. I decided to take the car home the same way I brought it in and I was 150.00 poorer. If I bring the car back, I would have to pay the 150 again! More

Terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. My credit score was at 720 before I came into this dealer ship. They ran my credit and said I was accepted for financing. Everything was g to no one. My credit score was at 720 before I came into this dealer ship. They ran my credit and said I was accepted for financing. Everything was going good until they brought up the price of the car and messed my credit score up. The car was $9000 and and they tried to bring it up to $13,000, plus interest rate, and $1900 for “union inspection” . The car itself was not in the best condition that’s why $9,000 was a solid price. Then I come to find out they ran my credit 6-7 times without my knowledge after I was already accepted dropping my credit score 110 points so they can get someone to co-sign for me. This dealership is a joke, and it’s filled with liars, and thieves. More
