They put on a big show and make it seem like they’re trying to help you out, and that couldn’t be further from the truth. On the paperwork I signed after waiting 8 hours, they never mentioned that they added 10k to the price after previously agreeing to a price and making me sign an arbitrary document. I also signed something that said they would work out any problem with me if there was one- I called them about 30 times trying to resolve the issue and had voicemail and hang ups 25 times. The one time I talked to the guy in charge of my application(who apparently had the “power to help”) said I was right about being charged 10k more than I should’ve. After that never received a call from them but still tried to call 20 more times with no luck. If they were honest about the sale I would have seriously considered going WAY out of my way to do business there again, but that’s not happening. Don’t buy your car here, they will take advantage of you, they will not care, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. More
