Oil changes Normally when I get an oil change here and I go to pick up my car I don’t have to pay anything because they say it is covered under warranty. Well when I went in a few days ago I wanted to verify that there will be no charge because of my warranty. Lester checked my warranty and was a little short with me and told me that I did not have that kind of warranty. When I asked Chris G-in service-who usually helps me out, he said that that was only a few free that I had. I left confused because they gave me the impression that my oil changes were covered under warranty. Also, I do not remember being offered this warranty for free oil changes when I bought my car there. So, I felt as though I had been misled and cut short when trying to explain my previous experiences there. More

Service This time around service wasnt too bad...although I was told it was going tio take at least 4 hrs when I called in...it took about 2 1/2 hours. A recall/update for my GPS/uconnect, nothing but problems. Said they couldn't update it, then wouldn't update, then updated, but it wasn't an update, just reinstalled the same version I already had. Sad that this is how a multiple repeat customer is treated. I've been a loyal Chrysler minivan customer since the 80's, and I really like my Pacifica, but next time????? More
