Went to this dealership for a specific used car they had on the lot for nearly 2 months. After the test drive I had a mechanical concern. They claimed they looked at it and it is okay. We will see. Put a deposit on the car over the phone 4 days later until I could get back to them. Went to them on the weekend, test drove car and then noticed bumper damage that was not there the weekend prior. They claimed the damage happened during a car robbery. No one gave me notice and I found the problem. I asked why a car with a deposit was on the lot and the manager gave me a comment that deposits don’t guarantee a sale and basically they could have sold it if someone else showed interest before I got there. Why make a deposit then?? When I agreed to buy the car with the damage because I know quality repair people. They wouldn’t negotiate a lower price without me forcing the conversation. I still bought the car with a little discount but I couldn’t get out of there quick enough after listening to all the excuses. I have purchased a lot of cars and the level of customer care was not good here. Hopefully I have no issues with the car that they checked out. Will not recommend this dealership due to poor customer care from the managers. The sales person did the best they could given the situation. Good luck future car buyers. More
