Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service. A brand new car off the truck shouldn’t have a broken part. Took 6 people to loo at it and no one wanted to tell the truth about what was wrong. I was told that I would have 2 parts for my car in a week. I had to keep calling and texting everyday for 39 days until they actually arrived after being told numerous times they were shipped to me but no tracking number was ever provided. no one seemed to know what was going on while selling me the vehicle. The finance guy tried talking me out of getting rebates and paying a higher price for the vehicle instead of what the original price that I had agreed on. The salesman said he would fill the tank up since the vehicle was in ship mode with no gas, for 2 hours I had asked him to out the gas in it. He kept making excuses. When they went to finally put gas in, the gas cover was broken and wouldn’t open. Which then resulted in me waiting almost another 2 hours for them to figure out how to fix it and get gas. No remorse on anyone’s part. A trip to purchase a vehicle that should have taken 2 hours at most, seeing as I showed them the vehicle I wanted, the price and told them how much I was putting down took almost 8 hours in total. It was horrific. Do not do business with this dealership. They place blame on everyone else, no one takes accountability. Just an overall horrible experience. More

Aside from Sam Garner (sales), who is fantastic, there is nothing good about this dealership. I would avoid going there again at all costs. In the sales process, despite pre-agreeing to purchase price and trade in price, they bait-and-switched me (offered more than $4k less than pre-agreed by Blue Book on trade in) and kept me there for nearly 6 hours to close on a deal. They didn't accurately disclose the 160 miles they'd put on the new car. They tried to overcharge me *above retail price* for an additional jeep soft top (which of course I was able to look up online during the 6 hour delay), and also twice as much as the market cost for labor to install it. They didn't even clean it up well for me to take it off the lot. That said, Sam Garner is a gem. He is kind and attentive, and I got the sense that he was just as frustrated as I was with all of the above. Unless this was an elaborate and well performed good cop / bad cop routine with the rest of the dealership -- which I do not believe it was -- Sam is literally the only good thing about the experience I had. Unfortunately, I had to return for service and parts due to a recall issue they had not fixed. They somehow "lost" my appointment, so I had to wait there and what should have taken 30 minutes took 90. They didn't install the new mats, just placed them in the car over the carpet until I called that out. As I sat in the waiting area, I overheard two other people complaining about how bad this dealership is. I completely agree. I will never return to this dealership if I have any other choice. I absolutely would never buy another car there. More
Service manager is someone who wasn’t interested in hearing my concern but only wanted to hear his own voice. Sam Garner went above and beyond. So I went to 6 different dealerships to look for a 2021 ram 1500 limited longhorn. ($70,000,+) EVERY single dealership told me we only have these and I can try to different dealerships to look for a 2021 ram 1500 limited longhorn. ($70,000,+) EVERY single dealership told me we only have these and I can try to look ate one for you. So it would either be with added options or not have them at all. Some with different color interiors or exteriors. So for over 70K I want exactly what I want. Tires all lost pressure within 30 minutes of leaving the lot, went in to have them checked. Only one tire was patched the rest were left to fend for themselves. Rear driver tire completely blew out and rest lot, went in to have them checked. Only one tire was patched the rest were left to fend for themselves.
