I got a internet prize from them and which is a way very lower than other dealers offers. I confirm the prize with several times through phone and they invite me to the shop to fix the deal for a BRAND NEW lower than other dealers offers. I just show the manager the printed prize list that one of their sales man send to my email account regarding all the specifications of vechicle that i ask for with a final deal prize excluding tax.Then they try to sell me another vechicle which runs around 300 -500 miles reading on the odometer with different colour and options. I stop the deal and left the place with much disappointment went to Napleton jeep dealer ship, des plaines. There i had a very nice experience and finally done with my purchase. I wont recommend sherman dealer to anyone. More

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Here's their gimmick. They post MSRP of $23,935, then Price of $19,935 underneath that and then they have a Get ePrice option to click on. You think that the price is going to be even l of $23,935, then Price of $19,935 underneath that and then they have a Get ePrice option to click on. You think that the price is going to be even lower. Before you can get the e-price they collect your information, and then start calling you promising you that the Price is being lowered $500 today only. They hook you with a low internet price, but when you get there they tell you that price includes incentives, and that unfortunately you dont meet the criteria for the incentives. They then try and get you to buy the car at the original MSRP. I am currently filing a complaint with the FTC, and Illinois Attorney Generals office. STAY AWAY from the dealership its a SCAM! More

I had been searching for a new Jeep Wrangler for a while but I could never find a dealership that was within my price point. I did some price comparisons online and came across this dealership. I've waited to write this review to calm down. First off I know we don't have the greatest credit score so getting into a mini van would be difficult. I called around asking dealerships if they would help those who had poor credit get into vehicles. The reason I did this was so that I wouldn't have to drive my family all over just have them say no. Sherman Dodge said they would be able to, so I filled out the pre approval credit app and George promptly calls me back and said that they would definitely be able to work with me. I told them that I did not want more than a $300 a month payment and that we wanted one of the 14 or so 2010 Town & Countries. I asked him if they would be able to do that for me with my credit. He said yes absolutely and then he got his internet manager to say the exact same thing. I brought my family with me to see the van and hopefully drive it back with us. Once we got there I knew something was up as George passed me onto someone else. After two hours of talking, the salesmen slamming the stow and go on my 16 month sons foot where he screamed his head off (no accident report was even filed) they came back with a completely different number then what was told to me on the phone based on my pre approval. I had even asked the new salesman if they would get me in this van for $300 a month at the very beginning and he said "if that's what they said then we'll get you in it for that". I will never shop for a vehicle there, beware of this dealership. More

But that experience at this Sherman Dealer changed my mind totally! Never have I met anyone more bad ass than the sales, Someone Willie Not Sure, dont trust any word the sales say. Never trust the low price they list online. Nobody could qualify that much of discount and rebates. The car you see might not be the one you finally get, they could even hide the window sticker. After test driving, I loved that car I tried very much, but they gave me another car with the same mode/the same color but different VIN, of-course different profile, much more worse. I called 911 for help, but the police could not help to do anything. They just suggest me to sue them, only a judge could cancel the deposit. Eventually, I have to pay $3000 more to get the car I want. Warning: at least visit 5 different dealers before you buy the car! If possible, don't visit this one! More
