Got my van with Al.. 5 stars!!!! I was surprised at how simple this process was to buy my minivan.. I had an idea of what I wanted when I arrived but still unsure. I was greeted by Al Martinez who was absolutely great throughout the process. He sat and talked to me found out what type of car best suited my needs. I test drove two cars and liked the minivan best, we sat down talked price and payments and I thought for sure i would be denied. My credit is not the greatest, I wondered if there was anything left to even work with. Al got it done, I drove away with my minivan that night with the payments that I wanted to pay. BA BAD SERVICE 1 star because there's not an option to leave 0 stars! They promise you the world when you purchase the vehicle, the problem is the service after the 1 star because there's not an option to leave 0 stars! They promise you the world when you purchase the vehicle, the problem is the service after the purchase, ohh wait , there was no service Just terrible, I made an appointment, dropped off my promaster 730 am said it will be done by end of day, by 7 pm no one has called me so i called them, 5 people 3 messages no one was able to tell me any thing about the van. By 830 pm i was at the counter to find out what is happening. Well it turns out no one has even looked at it. WOW, this is a cargo van used for business not pleasure rides, every day van sits we loose money.Got the van and left. Shame on you sherman dodge shame shame, i will never ever buy anything from you guys and i will make sure no one that i know will either I hope every one reads this because im not the only one More

I knew what I needed and I had already done some research, so I was very pleased by Sebastian's knowledge about the pro master's. Marco arranged a loaner for us, and as promised the hitch and accessories were installed with time to spare. A couple of program updates were installed for the power train while we were in! HORRIBLE I walked into Sherman Dodge and was greeted by Allen. I started off interested in the 2013/14 Jeep Wrangler. Because I am trading in a fairly new car I walked into Sherman Dodge and was greeted by Allen. I started off interested in the 2013/14 Jeep Wrangler. Because I am trading in a fairly new car the salesman said that I would get a better deal on a new car. After a couple hours there he said there's really nothing they could do and I attempted to leave when a sales woman whom I had met in the beginning approached me. She asked if I had purchased a vehicle and I said no. She asked why and I just simply told her that they didn't give me the payments I was looking for. Then she said to wait one minute and came back with the manager (Abe). He introduced himself and said lets work something out.....What can we do to make a deal. I said I wasn't happy with the time I had spent there and after Allen had said that they were going to pay off most of my car, now I had to roll over $7,000. Not to mention they wanted a$600-$700 payment which I couldn't afford. Abe said well just give the car back to the owner (as I am trying to trade in a vehicle that I pay for under my mother's name). I told him I had taken over the car as a favor to my mother and I couldn't just throw it back at her. Then he said what if I can lower the payment to $550. I said no, still high for me. He said ok since you did this to help your mother. Well I'm all about helping my parents and since you helped yours, I am going to help you. He said I'll call you Monday after I talk to a couple banks. I said thank you thinking he was really going to help me. Monday came and no call, Tuesday no call. I finally walked into the dealership while my son was in school. I spoke to Allen and we talked about what I wanted AGAIN. And since they were showing me 32,000-33,000 cars I asked him if I could get the Jeep Grand Cherokee instead and he said it would probably be better as they were cheaper sometimes. I showed him a listing from another dealership with the same MSRP going for 34,000 and he said that it wasn't true. And that not everyone qualified. He went on saying and trying to convince me at the end that the same car is going for 40,000. But he said don't worry we'll work it out. He came back from speaking to Abe and he said "when can you bring your husband we need him to sign and get this deal finalized. I left and came back a couple hours later with my husband. I waited for him to talk to the manager again to only come back and tell me that Abe had told him that the cherokee was a no and that my ONLY option was a basic wrangler. I of course got very upset and asked why they would lure me back into the dealership knowing what I wanted if they couldn't give it to me. He said I had to be realistic because it was a 40,000 car. I told him to find me a cheaper one and he said they didn't have one. I said ok so for a 33,000 wrangler what are the payments. He said 550. I immediately asked to speake to Abe because he had done NOTHING for me. It was the SAME deal he wanted to give me two days before. And I asked how much I was getting rolled into my new car. He said about $6,000-7,000. I said what happen to paying it off or a good amount of it. Because that's what Allen had said. He said Allen didn't know anything about numbers, he was just a salesman. He just wanted me out of the dealership because it was 10 minutes to closing. Abe said well its not my fault you changed your mind! Really....I changed my mind on a $1,000 difference in pricing. But according to them it wasn't true. They said it was a $7,000 difference. Whatever I got upset and I left.....They didn't seem to care much. A couple days later my husband emails the dealership under a different name about the same car Grand Cherokee Altitude package and the sales rep Angel emails back with pricing. The pricing he gave me was for everyone at $34,000 the same thing I had told Allen. Within hours of the email Angel called to set something up to come in. I began to tell him my story and he hung up on me. Then I emailed him twice and no replies. This dealership lied to me and tried to sell me the same car for $7,000 and since I caught them they didn't want to hear it. Well I've already let jeep know what kind of dealership this is. And how they try to blame Jeep for the pricing and no haggling allowed. Well Jeep said that they MSRP is all they are responsible for but the dealership decides the price or sale of the car. Horrible service, lies. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER allow anyone I know to go there!!! Not to mention I called and asked if I could speak to the owner and an employee said my complaint would only be listened to depending on his mood for the day. So there you go!!! More
