Come on in-we can't do it! I called saying I needed air conditioning service and while I was there the cruise control recall fix. Went in and after suggesting other services (which I had done (they informed me that the machine that provides the air conditioning service had broken the day before. I have rescheduled the air conditioning service for 9/27 (when the machine should be repaired). Couldn't they just have scheduled it for 9/27 on the original call? Then the second trip wouldn't have been necessary. Can't wait for the third appointment to really get this fixed! p.s. Thanks for not recognizing Joe as part of your staff. More

Abe talked so much crap about how he will get us a good deal and he sounded so overly supportive. Once the deal was done he was so horribly rude and arrogant. He wasn’t the nicest person on the lot. Don’t get overly sold by the discounts he throws at you. Also check every bit of the car. Also, the other guy who is the manager, such a horrible person. If you want to sell a car, don’t make the customer feel like crap like your doing us a free service by offering a discount on a vechile with multiple faults! They told me that the car had brand new tires.. no it did not! I ended up having 3 nails in the rear tires and had to replace them both after a week of buying the car. I barely drove the car anywhere. Also I went to pep boys and they were like “these are definitely not new tires, the dealer lied to you” STUDY THE CAR AND EVERHTHING ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU MAKE A DEAL. BUYER BEWARE. Wilson on the other hand kept in contact with me and helped me find the space key for the car I ended up purchasing. He really stayed with me till the very end, replaced my plates and took care of every single concern and question I had with the car. Great guy! Would really ask to work with him again! More

I was not offered a courtesy call of any kind, I have referred many to your dealership and understand that when I refer a customer for purchase I should also get a 100 bonus check that never happened as well. I had a recall and was there for 5 hours and for an oil change, no one checked the recall and was told they did as I watched my car from you garage the only thing done in the ten minutes after complaining was a poorly fashioned oil change and excuses as to why it took that long. I hold Sherman dodge responsible for any issue with the recall and the safety of my family and myself in this vehicle and please note this I will never purchase another vehicle or refer any of my family member to this facility.
