She was venting to another employee on her way out and a supervisor or someone came through the waiting area and said to the employee “Are you a customer?” And the employee said no and the supervisor told him to get out of the waiting area. He walked straight through as if no one was in the room. He was very unprofessional! More

I had a tow driver tow it to Sherman for diagnosis and repair the fol The battery in my Jeep Patriot died in a mall parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. I had a tow driver tow it to Sherman for diagnosis and repair the following day. Promptly at 7am when they opened I got a text from Christopher who confirmed they had my Jeep and would diagnose it and follow up. In less than an hour I got a call to confirm what the issue was and I asked if an oil change could also be done. 40 minutes later I got another call confirming what was needed and to ask my permission to do the repair. Two hours later I got a text that everything was complete and my Jeep was ready for pick up. The whole experience was smooth and the service was highly professional. I’ve brought my Jeep to Sherman for regular oil changes since we moved to the area over a year ago and I’ve always been completely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone there. Inconvenienced My vehicle was in the service department for 2 weeks waiting on a part that was on national back order with no type of rental or loaner vehicle provid My vehicle was in the service department for 2 weeks waiting on a part that was on national back order with no type of rental or loaner vehicle provided by the dear, my vehicles also went in with front end noises in the suspension. I was told that it was fixed, once I got my vehicle back the noises was still there, you would think if a technician does work to a vehicle he would double check to make sure that the work that he has done was efficient before the vehicle is given back to a customer, and that it's in working mechanical order not the same way that it came in. This is not the first time I've taken my vehicle to Sherman Dodge and it sat for 2 weeks when the mechanics were on strike, and I had to rent a vehicle and pay the total cost out of pocket. At that time I had my vehicle towed from Sherman Dodge to Fields Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer so that they could do the work for me. More
