Rating I had to take my vehicle in for 2 recalls. One was done and the other wasn't. It required a part. Now, I have to go back yet AGAIN! why wouldn't thi I had to take my vehicle in for 2 recalls. He made sure that I got the best deal possible. Fernando from finance did not suffocate me being pushy with different warranty offers. He instead explained the pros and cons of each package and let me choose what I was comfortable with rather than what gave them the most out of payments.
