He went above and beyond to turn my frown into a smile and I truly appreciate him!! He definitely deserves some type of award phenomenal job Bill. More

When I arrived on the lot he promptly greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. He worked with me and helped me get the car I wanted within the price range I was seeking. Waited forever for a simple oil change So I needed to get an oil change and came in roughly 9am I was told that they were backed up so it would be about 1 -1.5 hours and I was okay with tha So I needed to get an oil change and came in roughly 9am I was told that they were backed up so it would be about 1 -1.5 hours and I was okay with that I waited in the waiting room for an hour, then 2 passed and I started getting restless at about the 2.5 hour point I texted them and they said they were finishing up the paperwork. The duration was over 3 hours and other customers who had come in after me but got the same service left before me. The only reason I gave 2 starts was because my previous oil change went fine and the massage chairs were a heaven sent. More

Vehicle trade in I ended up driving 3 hours after work on a Friday to check out a F150 I was looking at. I called and got into contact with Rico Weatherly and informed I ended up driving 3 hours after work on a Friday to check out a F150 I was looking at. I called and got into contact with Rico Weatherly and informed him I was looking at trading in my truck. Rico had the f150 washed and all ready to test drive as soon as I got there which was great since I didn’t have a ton of time before close. After wanting to buy the truck, the negotiations took a little bit of time going back and forth on trade in price. They ended up coming up to a fair trade in price. Over all the sales staff is friendly. Rico did a great job informing me on options of the truck and calling me back on more information I wanted to know before I even drove to the dealership (axle ratio and if it had remote start). Everything went every smooth and I would buy here again. More
