I have never done business with Sherman Chevrolet, but somehow they’ve ended up with my information and despite me repeatedly opting out and telling the to go away, they continue to market to me. I should somehow they’ve ended up with my information and despite me repeatedly opting out and telling the to go away, they continue to market to me. I shouldn’t even be in their CRM or DMS at all. They had to purchase my info from a broker and then pay someone to upload it into their systems. (A DMS, is kind of like a dealership’s data cloud & CRM is where the sales team goes to log all their activities(or a least pretends too)). Then they pay companies like “DealerRater” to solicit their customers for positive reviews. (Podium is way better btw) More

Every time i take it to get it fixed something else gets broken never again will I take it to get it service again at the dealership. I took it to the dealership thinking that I would have no problems with broken never again will I take it to get it service again at the dealership.
