Purchased a Certified Used 2021 Cadillac with 3,200 miles on 08/09/2021. Car came with only one (1) fob and was told only one was required (additional major expense). I purchased a new 2021 Chevrolet 2500 HD on April 25th. Wanted this truck because it has the Gooseneck/5th wheel package. that was $1,090.00. this takes a Curt snap in Gooseneck ball. I contacted Jeremy who was the salesman, He said that he would get one, and it may be a week or so if they had to order it, but he would check and see if they had one. After a month of a few texts back and forth, Jeremy told me that he call me a week earlier, and he was told by the Sales manager that this truck does not come with the Gooseneck ball. First, the purchase of the vehicle was great, no hassles. great experience. I have never owned a Chevrolet truck, this was my first. I Have owned over 20 other new trucks of different makes. I talked with people who all got there Gooseneck ball with there exact truck package as mine. I never received any phone call telling me that the sales manager said the ball was not an option. I would not have purchased this truck, if I would have known this was not included, and after being told that they would get me one, and then they did not, was a let down.
