A schedule routine maintenance was anything but! I sat for at least 45 minutes to be told they did not have a battery for me! But, one was on its way! Another 30 minutes,, there still no battery! I will be looking for another dealership for my future services and future purchases! When something is scheduled you should make sure you have what you need for the appointment!
