DO NOT BUY CADILLAC! We purchased a new Cadillac in 2020 from this dealership. The sales part of the transaction was fine. I have had to bring my Cadillac to the service center a couple of times due to the check engine light coming on several months after I bought it and again a month ago. I have NEVER had this happen with any of the cars I owned in the past (Volvo, Honda, Ford, etc.) As of now they still have my car. Our Cadillac has a broken driver’s side door handle and we had to climb in from the passenger side to get into our vehicle. We were given a Nissan Versa from Enterprise as a replacement/loaner for the Cadillac. The other dealerships gave us something equivalent to or better than the vehicle we owned when we took it in for service. This is poor customer service and something that has never happened to me or anyone I know in this situation. We were recently told that the part needed to fix our Cadillac is hard to find and that there are only three of these parts in the nation. The other Cadillac dealers refused to give their part up so they would have it for THEIR customers… not CADILLAC customers… each man/dealership for themselves, I guess. This was shocking to us and super unprofessional on Cadillac as a whole. Not the kind of company I want to purchase a car from and this should not be allowed by any dealership. Cadillac/GM should take care of Cadillac/GM. We purchased additional warranties from the dealership so these repairs fall under their warranty. During the process of the service center finding the part for our car, it was severely damaged at the dealership. We do not live close to this Cadillac dealer and had assumed that they would do their best to take care of our car while it was in their possession. We baby our Cadillac, and it was in EXCELLENT condition when the dealer/service center received the car. After three weeks of having my vehicle and no ETA on repairs, a storm hit the dealership. My Cadillac now has major hail damage (see pictures below). All of our cars at home were parked in covered parking and we didn’t get any hail or damage from the storm, so we had no idea that this dealership had been hit and that our car was damaged until a couple of days later when they called my husband. There was no attempt by the dealership to protect our car (they have covered parking at this dealership) or to contact us to let us know that our car would be left out during a serious storm with no protection, so WE could decide to risk possible damage or pick the car up for the night/duration of the storm. If we decide to repair the hail damage done to our Cadillac, we must put this claim on OUR insurance and pay the deductible. So… we are out money for a deductible, and we are making a car payment and insurance payment for a car we haven’t used in a month and who knows how long it will take for the body shop to repair the hail damage. This dealership and Cadillac have cost us money, time, and stress. More
Had an issue - electric or battery, didn’t know and they wouldn’t take 15 minutes to check it out. Stay away from this dealership. Matt, the finance guy, lied to me directly about how purchasing a warranty was required for me to get a lower interest rate. Purchased a Certified Used 2021 Cadillac with 3,200 miles on 08/09/2021. Car came with only one (1) fob and was told only one was required (additional major expense). Also no owner manual, but was told that one would be forwarded. Exactly three (3) months later (and several requests), I am still waiting. I choose NOT to go online and print it. Further, the 8.5 X 11 is bulky to carry/store. They were great at sales, but poor on follow-up. More
