Sherman's service department is clean and appears well maintained and managed. Eric the service writer I dealt with bent over backwards to help my wife's health issues and just a nice guy. Justin in the service department took very good care of us. He was responsive addressed any concerns we had and was even able to get us a vehicle to drive.
