I advised the salesman of an electrical issue going on. He then proceeded to tell me that I have a service agreement and that It would be 200 bucks for the service charge. I took it in and then he calls me hours later stating that the service agreement does not cover the work. I feel as if the salesman lie to get your vehicle in there amd then charge you for the work they do. They told me they could not "Replicate" my issue so I paid for nothing. Then I get in my truck and within 5 minutes my radio issue happens again. I will never use them again and reccomend that if you do use them, get a copy of the coverage before trusting the word of the service center. More
I brought in a used Cadillac Escalade that I purchased a few days ago. You guys did a thorough assessment of its condition. But when I asked you guys to do the work, you wouldn't touch the car saying that i few days ago. You guys did a thorough assessment of its condition. But when I asked you guys to do the work, you wouldn't touch the car saying that it should be totaled. I subsequently took it over to Vanguard GMC and they said they would get the car back in shape. You didn't charge me for the assessment, which was really good. But you refuse to do any work to bring the car back into proper condition. And so I had to take it to Vanguard. That was disappointing, considering that you guys are the Cadillac dealer in Sherman. I have been going to Vanguard for four years and they have provided excellent service. This is just another example why I would always prefer to go to Vanguard. More
Dealership did a safety recall on my truck and after 12 miles my check engine lights came on and several other warning lights!! The dealership sent a wrecker after on Monday morning.
