Love this dealership service center. It has that old school Vibe but the workers are great. Stone did a great job taking care of my 370,000 mile truck. Needed some TLC. Don’t know who Ryan Robert’s is. We did business with Chad. This was the best, most non-stressful, no hackling, no back and forth negotiating car buying experience I’ve ever had. Walked in, told Chad what I wanted, how much I could afford and had to say nothing else. Immediately got my trade in appraised, looked at what he had to offer on the lot, picked one out and before I knew it, I was driving home in a new vehicle. That was right after meeting with the finance department (Matt?) which sold me 6 year warranty for little of nothing. For the first time EVER I felt like a “customer” instead of a $ sign. More
