We have a vibration in the rear end, they tried to blow smoke up my xxx and tell me it was the brakes they turned the rotors and said it fixed it, it did not fix it. I called him back on the following Monday and told him that we wanted a courtesy car when we brought it back and I have been waiting two weeks to get it back in and still no call. More

Justin got right on my truck, he found out the issues and let me know what was covered and not covered under my warranty. I went to another dealership that wouldn't honor my warranty but Sherman Chevrolet did!!!
