I was sold a car under the promise there was no previous accidents, 3 weeks after purchasing the car I noticed an oil leak and took it to a mechanic where they found that my entire front end was aftermarket accidents, 3 weeks after purchasing the car I noticed an oil leak and took it to a mechanic where they found that my entire front end was aftermarket products, meaning my car was wrecked in the front end prior to my purchasing the vehicle. The oil drain plug was loose and dripping steadily into the oil pan cover plate which means they either did not even inspect my car or they didn’t bother to ensure everything was how it should be. If that plug would’ve come out, all of my oil would’ve drained and my engine would’ve exploded. When I confronted management about this he said “that’s just the world we live in” in regards to my asking why they didn’t notice the aftermarket products or oil leak. The dishonesty is appalling and the lack of genuine compassion, empathy or accountability is even more appalling. More
