I was in for a recall and asked to have my running board checked I belive the motor is going out. He said no problem I offered to have someone pick me up he said it should be two hours so considering we are checked I belive the motor is going out. He said no problem I offered to have someone pick me up he said it should be two hours so considering we are from a half hour outside of town I decided to wait. When I was told it was ready he said the running board 'didn't do anything for them' when I went out to the car it was never turned on, it made the grinding noise immediately. I don't appreciate being lied too. When my husband called him after I left he said they felt pressured on time cause I waited so they didn't check it. I have no intention of using this dealership again for services. I don't have multiple days in a week to tend to issues when I have made an appointment. More

Brought Equinox in with 130 miles and transmission slippage issue. Could have used more consistent feedback on status over the 6 days in the shop. Got the car back with 100+ more miles and 1/4 tank of slippage issue. Could have used more consistent feedback on status over the 6 days in the shop.
