I had been looking at cars for a little bit. I pulled into Sherman Chevrolet lot just to look around. I meet Rocky Watson in the parking lot. He was going to look up something on another car. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. Rocky went above and beyond to get me what I was asking for. I cannot express what a pleasure it was to deal with Rocky. The service provided was great… though it always seems like they are trying to nickel and dime you. I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. The coupon could only be used by me. like they are trying to nickel and dime you. I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. The coupon could only be used by me. When I show up, they say that the total will be $65 because they have to put additional oil in for the change. Why give a coupon if you still have to charge more? Make the coupon more specific to my vehicle and say it will be $65…. Instead of having shady business practices to get customers on the door. More
