The customer waiting area for service is small and a TV with inane programming plays continuously. I brought a book, but couldn't read it because of the laughing and screaming coming from the TV. Not a with inane programming plays continuously. I brought a book, but couldn't read it because of the laughing and screaming coming from the TV. Not a pleasant experience. Yesterday they wrote up the wrong car and ended up not fixing the only item I asked for in addition to my oil change. The carwash was broken, so I didn't even get that. So now I have to go back to get my item fixed....but maybe the carwash will be fixed by then. Let's hope. More
