Terrible Customer Service I had heard some people using this dealership before so I assumed they were reputable. I was wrong. My word of advice is make sure they lay out on the table every single document before you sign a single one. They tell you a different finacing rate when selling you the car versus when you actually settle on it. Tell you different fees and charges to make it seem like your monthly payments are lower and then when you are signing papers they say oh well we forgot about this so its just a few more bucks each month (60 months). Then they made it seem common to give you one key promising that they other key would be turned in that week. Come to find out it wasnt and after numerous requests, they refused to do anything about providing an additional key at $375. Make sure you know all their tricks prior to settling as they are frauds. More

Told me it had a clean ca Bought a used 2009 pathfinder with 79300 miles on it in December 2013 from sheridan nissan that they claimed was certified. Told me it had a clean car fax, no accidents, and a 123 point check to ensure it was certified. Asked the dealer about previous accidents and they said no accidents. They did not provide a carfax so I took them for their word since they are a dealership. Recently went to trade it in and discovered that the vehicle was in fact involved in an accident as reported by several companies including carfax. Carfax states they reported the accident in October 2013. I bought the car from sheridan nissan in December 2013 AFTER it was revealed on carfax showing that sheridan nissan knew it was involved in a previous accident and lied to me. Went back to sheridan nissan to advise them. The only response I got was that since I didn't request a carfax it was my fault. Their not required to tell me things like that. They proceeded say over and over that I should have asked for a carfax. When I told them that I inquired several times as to if the car was involved in an accident, they said if I was that concerned I should have requested a carfax. Sheridan nissan is a dishonest dealership that sells flawed vehicles and intentionally hides it from the customer. They can't be trusted for their products or what they say nor will they take responsibility for their deception. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't worth as much as it should I will never recommend this dealership. Not even to my worst enemy. I am looking into any legal recourse I have. More

This would be a negative if it was an option. You lost out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. My handicapped friend came back upset that she out on a cash purchase (was in back office completing the paperwork) for the following reason. My handicapped friend came back upset that she was asked to move her car from the handicapped parking spot, with her handicapped tag, so that it would be convenient for the sales staff to bring cars up to the front door blocking, all handicapped parking access and spaces. She felt intimidated and did move her vehicle to a non-handicapped spot further away. To add insult to injury, the salesman who would have had a cash sale, commission, was the one who requested that she move. Not only would I never buy a vehicle from Sheridan Nissan, but this has left such a bad taste that I doubt I will ever buy a Nissan. By all appearances Sheridan Nissan does not respect the handicapped community, or want any of their business. Anyone who has a handicapped friend or family member be aware of how you will be treated at Sheridan Nissan. John Nowland More

I feel the dealer ship has little to no respect for the people they help. I go in to have my oil change and tires rotated that service went ok, I order a part just before my warranty ran out (weather str people they help. I can't say enough great things about this dealership, especially Tom Sui and the manager, Tom Bore.
