I purchased a CPO Maxima recently and my husband discoverd that the the lights on the back of the mirrors were not all working. Now if you are performing a checklist and representing this as certified would you not do your best to put your best foot forward with this car as well? Apparently not and you want me to beleive you checked this car thoroughly? How could you have if something simple, that I as the potential new ower would not have known were functional lights,were not working? Either you knew it and did not care or your employee did not do his/her job. Either way, I bought a beautiful car that needs 1200.00 in repairs because mirrors are almost 500ea the labor is 100 ea and matching paint is 85 ea. You offer me 500.00 toward a repair that you know xxxx well I shouldn't have to be making anyway. No matter, I'm telling everyone everywhere that CPO is xx! I called Chip to decline the measley 500 and asked him to return my call and to date he has not! No surprise there...why would you not want to speak with me Chip? Perhaps guilt? Just remember karma is a B! More

Andrew Miller was the most un-professional person I have ever dealt with, nasty and mean. I am surprised that a so called reputable dealership would have this type of person representing them, but I have come to the conclusion that this is thier normal way of doing things...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! left stranded with no help After being lied to by salesperson....i needed help from manager.....owner and owners son concerning interface with gps/satellite/telephone. No service.....intermittent service with truck and programmed phone. Phone still doesn't work correctly. Title person is not helping with transfer/title. Using vanity plate. Took so long to get paperwork i received a temp tag that was out of date and not usable. I was supposed to use my vanity tag. They will not correct the problem......i need a new temp tag so i do not get a ticket on an expired tag. No one is returning my calls. I agree with another reviewer.....if i could give them a negative rating i would. More
Sarcastic response from Service Department Employee I arrived for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment today. I was not aware that at my appointment time there was a big employee luncheon schedu I arrived for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment today. I was not aware that at my appointment time there was a big employee luncheon scheduled. The garage doors were closed and it was difficult to find even one customer parking spot left. There were people grilling foods right next to the Service entrance. Instead of being friendly to me as I walked by the limited space to enter the service area, I was given some really weird mean looks, and none of them even said hello to me. I mentioned that to an employee named Chan in the Service area, and he sarcastically told me not to penalize his service department with a complaint because it would look bad for them too. I did not mean to insult the Service department and have never been treated so badly there before. I called Chip Sheridan's number that he gives for online complaint and am awaiting a response. More
Terrible Customer Service I had heard some people using this dealership before so I assumed they were reputable. I was wrong. My word of advice is make sure they lay out on the table every single document before you sign a single one. They tell you a different finacing rate when selling you the car versus when you actually settle on it. Tell you different fees and charges to make it seem like your monthly payments are lower and then when you are signing papers they say oh well we forgot about this so its just a few more bucks each month (60 months). Then they made it seem common to give you one key promising that they other key would be turned in that week. Come to find out it wasnt and after numerous requests, they refused to do anything about providing an additional key at $375. Make sure you know all their tricks prior to settling as they are frauds. Told me it had a clean ca Bought a used 2009 pathfinder with 79300 miles on it in December 2013 from sheridan nissan that they claimed was certified. Told me it had a clean car fax, no accidents, and a 123 point check to ensure it was certified. Asked the dealer about previous accidents and they said no accidents. They did not provide a carfax so I took them for their word since they are a dealership. Recently went to trade it in and discovered that the vehicle was in fact involved in an accident as reported by several companies including carfax. Carfax states they reported the accident in October 2013. I bought the car from sheridan nissan in December 2013 AFTER it was revealed on carfax showing that sheridan nissan knew it was involved in a previous accident and lied to me. Went back to sheridan nissan to advise them. The only response I got was that since I didn't request a carfax it was my fault. Their not required to tell me things like that. They proceeded say over and over that I should have asked for a carfax. When I told them that I inquired several times as to if the car was involved in an accident, they said if I was that concerned I should have requested a carfax. Sheridan nissan is a dishonest dealership that sells flawed vehicles and intentionally hides it from the customer. They can't be trusted for their products or what they say nor will they take responsibility for their deception. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that isn't worth as much as it should I will never recommend this dealership. Not even to my worst enemy. I am looking into any legal recourse I have. More
