My 2016 Murano was in for an oil change and tire rotation on 4/19/2023. I did not mention that the right front driver side tire has a slow leak. The oil was (supposedly" changed and tires "rotated" and I w on 4/19/2023. I did not mention that the right front driver side tire has a slow leak. The oil was (supposedly" changed and tires "rotated" and I was charged for both. I was advised the cabin air filter needed to be changed but was not shown the old filter - I declined the change. To days later when I went into the passenger seat t access the glove compartment and found a plastic strip that looked like a thin compartment cover. Investigating the item I discovered it was the cover for the cabin air filter department. Looking into the compartment, the filter was missing. Several days later I noticed the right front driver side tire was lower in air pressure, proving the tires were never rotated. This is not the first concern with Sheridan service and I will be seeking a new service facility for future needs. More
My key was repaired incorrectly. Every time you go there - they find 10000 worth of repair that is needed for your car (and I go on a regular bases). I am waiting for someone to get back to me about the key. When Nissan has a recall - they try to talk you out of performing that service. Maybe Nissan does not pay them enough at the dealership to do the repair. Smh More

New Castle De. for many years, and I have always received the utmost customer service and support, from my service department Rep Matthew Rzucidlo, who always takes the time to explain in detail what exactly will need to be done to correct my issues with my car and the price, I would not consider taking my Nissan to any other Nissan dealership. And I can not say enought about Michael Galasso, who from the day I met him, has been a blessing to me. More
