Lied too I brought my car in for service and told them I hit an animal and my plastic under carriage was shattered and they said they would look at it. Chan is an amazing representation of what all employee's at Sheridan should be, he is friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. He goes above and beyond from the time i schedule until the time I am paying and walking out the door. Not sure of the tech's who actually do my work but I do know my vehicle is always left their lot cleaner than it came in, they do a quick clean to get it all shined up!
