Embarrassed. I have bought 3 cars from Sheridan Nissan over the last 15 years. I brought a friend to Sheridan Nissan. He spoke with a Pedro. Ready to spend the big bucks. However the vehicle shown as a new vehicle was scratched and damaged. The salesman said we can fix it and it will be like new. Ha ha, New is new, not like new. What a play on words. We tried to overlook the horrible cheesy sales talk, but instead of discounting the vehicle we had already reasearched and knew the offer price on line, we get insulated with bogus up charging. No discount for the damaged (like new, but not new vehicle). Then to add insult to injury a final offer to extend payments to 84 months. Ha ha as if we are inexperienced at buying cars. No discount, a damaged vehicle, up charged vehicle over the advertised price and even after offering a higher down payment they offered to extend payment to 84 months which extends the finance interest rates…..keep raising the price means Sheridan Nissan wants to keep their 2023 luxury already pricey vehicle in stock, allowing potential customers to go to Hetrick Nissan in Dover to purchase a 2024 same make and model un-damaged luxury SUV and a better price. Buyers beware of Sheridan Nissan. Bet my 4th car will not be with them. More
