Went in for oil change. Only took a half hour, so fast service. They did a inspection of my car as well, and told me about some issues that I should be aware of, but weren’t pushy about making the repairs service. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE I purchased a vehicle which is a 2014 BMW 328D from this dealership on January 2, 2018. Ever since I purchased the vehicle, there have been a couple m I purchased a vehicle which is a 2014 BMW 328D from this dealership on January 2, 2018. Ever since I purchased the vehicle, there have been a couple major issues but in December 2019, the engine light came on with a reading of drivetrain malfunction. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I would be covered with an extended warranty for an additional 70,000 miles due to that fact that I lived in Smyrna and was driving to Philadelphia to go to work which is the reason I even purchased the car. I called Sheridan to make sure that my car was covered under warranty, which I was told it was and would expire at 117, 000+ or Jan 2. My car had 106, 000 miles on it. I was relived because I thought my vehicle was covered. After I dropped my car off, they sent it to BMW for repair and found out the cost to repair it, and they told me that the warranty expires at 70,000 miles not an additional 70,000 and they made a mistake on the paperwork (which is not my fault). It even says in their system and the document they sent over to BMW that my vehicle expires at 117,000+. I contacted the General Manager and Chip the owner to explain the situation. They did not want to pay anything towards the repair of my vehicle even after acknowledging the mistake until I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Then, they said that they would cover half of the cost which I only agreed to because I had been without a car for almost a month going back an forth with them. BMW gave me a loaner car and I thought everything was fine. Here we are at Jan 21, 2020, and my car is fixed. I go to Sheridan to pick it up only to be told that I have to sign a document that they created stating I wouldn't sue them for anything additional. This was not a part of the agreement to get the car fixed. The only reason they drew up this paperwork is because they know they are wrong and should have paid the repairs in full. I told them that I wasn't signing anything and I was told that they will not release my car to me unless I sign it. So it's the 22nd of January now and I still do not have my car because its being held hostage even though I am prepared to pay my half of the repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
