Had an oil change and was done in 45 minutes. Matt reviewed the diagnostics for my car with me but didn't pressure me into anything now. Overpriced and overcharged for nothing worked on my car. I went in an expressed my complaints and was charged $130. I live in lower DE and drive up to Sheridan even though there're 2 other Nissan dealers closer to me. I buy a new car every 6mos and have so for 20 years. I'm tired of the games and B.S. . I don't get that there're 2 other Nissan dealers closer to me. I buy a new car every 6mos and have so for 20 years. I'm tired of the games and B.S. . I don't get that at Sheridan. They have the best price, best trade in value and no games. They don't even inflate the interest rate if you finance through them like the other dealers do for a kickback from the banks. These guys also have a Ford dealer where I bought my truck. Ask for the manager Langston, he's a stand up guy and won't waste your time like the other dealers do. The only reason for my review is that I hate seeing people get ripped off and taken advantage of and it brings me pleasure in saying Sheridan does NOT do that. How majority of the other dealers operate is a pure disgrace. Some are sickening. Sheridan is an example of how a business and dealership SHOULD be run. And no, I wasn't asked to leave a review. This was on my own. In a society lacking morals and values it's rare to come across anything decent these days. More

I test drove two cars. I liked the Altima but it had manual seats, Hector went thru the inventory and they had no auto seats and then he came across a car one of there employees had used that was an Alt manual seats, Hector went thru the inventory and they had no auto seats and then he came across a car one of there employees had used that was an Altima with power seats. It had about 7168 miles on it and had a ding on the hood, We started negotiations with Ed and we were going back and forth. We came to agreeable numbers got the paperwork complete and Ed agreed to fix the ding at a later time and give me a loaner. I had Hector give me the basics on the car because I had to come back the next day with a check and Hector went thru the rest of the equipment. Also the day before he emptied my old car and put everything in the trunk of the new one. Ed, Hector and Kyle were very professional and took care of me. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when my lease is up. When I purchased my car most people have been vaccinated and I felt comfortable going to the show room. More
