Will, I'm sorry that we didn't reach out about your oil mark. I'm not sure what happened but I'm hoping we got that rectified this time. As for your cabin filter, some of them do need to be replaced once a year, depending on your driving environment. I would assume they showed you the filter in both cases. If not please let me know.
