Had an oil change and radiator flush done. Routine. Got home, and within a few days I noticed there was a leak from radiator T Connector. Made a followup appt to have them check/repair. They proceeded to t home, and within a few days I noticed there was a leak from radiator T Connector. Made a followup appt to have them check/repair. They proceeded to tell me they will fix it but at $300, that the cleaning caused the leak. Well, maybe that could be true, but they refused to fix the leak, and after talking to the service manager, he said best he could do was to knock off $40, that was as low as he could do it or he would lose money. The part was $30 and a hose was $70 but yet $250 was the best he could do to fix the issue and make things right. I told him I will never have service done there again and certainly never buy from there and he was like, ok, sorry to here! More
Service was not good, new 2021 escape first oil change and second oil change. They did not put enough oil in both times, it was just touching the bottom of the dip stick. They said it some auto fill for t and second oil change. They did not put enough oil in both times, it was just touching the bottom of the dip stick. They said it some auto fill for that model, well they should check it on the dip stick before they give the car back to you. Not very good service !!!!!!! More
I don’t know what happened to me yesterday but I went in for an oil change and new air filter. Checked in just before 9 am. There were at least 4 or 5 cars ahead of me so I knew I’d be waiting. But as the waiting room emptied out I got concerned. Finally, at 1:50 pm I receive a phone call (I’d been in the waiting room the whole time) to say my car was ready! Why did it take 5 hours for an oil change??? I’ve never had this happen before, what’s going on there?? More
Another GREAT experience at Sheridan Ford Service yesterday! John and the team evaluated my brakes carefully and saved me from unnecessary work.
