Dishonest Dealership and Manager, "Ford CEO Says NO MORE to INSANE Dealer Markups" Obviously Sheridan manager ($10,000.00 OVER sticker Joe Price) does not care what Ford CEO Jim Farley said. I ordered a 2022 Ford truck about 6 months ago from a salesperson that I purchased a new Fore truck from in 2019 . She told me "3-5 months but probably closer to 3 months." I saw today they have a similar truck to the one I ordered on the lot. It had a couple more options and was not the color that I ordered but I was ready to pay the higher msrp. My salesperson talked to the manager Joe Price ,and he wants $10,000.00 over sticker. I told her he can add $10,000.00 to the one I ordered when it comes in. He refused. Spent over 2 hrs for a scheduled appt for oil change, filter replacement, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. Now I have to go back for an air filter because the Dealership ran out…seriously! I find this unacceptable and downright annoying that I have to come back for a scheduled maintenance! More
Was due for an oil change. Was greeted by a smile. I waited for the service. They were extremely busy. About 20 minutes into my wait my advisor let me know that I needed an Was greeted by a smile. I feel that the service advisor and technicians are making sure that my safety is their priority. And washing my car was the icing on the cake. Thank you everyone. More

On Jan. 2 2022, I drove in to Sheridan Ford service department for my routine oil change and air filter. I said to the sales person I would pick my truck up in the afternoon. I was waiting outside for department for my routine oil change and air filter. I said to the sales person I would pick my truck up in the afternoon. I was waiting outside for my ride when my truck came out of the service door , the driver hit the gas and spun the wheels down the ally! I DON'T EVEN DRIVE MY TRUCK LIKE THAT ANYTIME! I won`t bring my truck there again, and I have been coming there for service for seven years and spent thousands of dollars there ,your loss. More
