Worst customer service ever NO NO NO!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SHERIDAN FORD. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about their NO NO NO!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM SHERIDAN FORD. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about their customers. They deceive you with defective parts, especially if you would like to purchase a certified pre owned vehicle. They install all their left overs and the parts they cannot sell. I bought a cpo Ford Fusion energi and within the first week the tires slipping badly on light wet road and I struggled to control the vehicle and bring it back to a steady position. I visited the dealership and Mr. Morin (one of the sales managers) literally kicked me out and told me that I was lying and the vehicle is in perfect condition. After 5 weeks I noticed 2 bubbles on the side of my tires. So, I visited the dealership again and Mr. Morin with aggressive attitude stated that there is nothing we can do after you purchased the vehicle, so I now it is good time to buy new set of tires. It is your call if you would like to experience this kind of customer service. I still can comprehend how Ford itself allows these kind of “professionals” to hold administrative positions. ps. The battery of the vehicle I was promised to last up to 21miles and offers me only 15. The vehicle has only 38,000 miles. The tank button is not working also and today I have to visit my mechanic to replace my tires (800$) and fix the rest of the issues that the unprofessional Tim Sheridan (owner) should take care of. GO TO ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. More

Gary was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a very thorough understanding of the Ford product line. We were able to come to an agreement on a vehicle for our daughter. Received Excellent Customer Service today Went to Sheridan Ford because other dealerships in the area were unable to reprogram my keys. Carman Ford was a disaster, they wanted double the money Sheridan charged and wanted an additional 60 dollars to simply write down the door pad code! Plus Carman guys were obnoxious and frankly not very bright. Elkton Ford told me they could do the job and failed b/c they were unable to cut my key with the machine they had. Porter Ford said the machine was 15 thousand dollars and they could not cut a Ford Fusion side cut key, and they would have to send it out. Plus they cost almost double for the same service as well. So having struck out I was very pleased to hear on the phone Sheridan Service can get the job done. I was skeptical but it was an awesome experience. Tara helped me on the phone to make sure I did not waste a trip, they did indeed have the "expensive" key cutter, and they also reprogrammed the keys at the lowest price of all the dealers. It took less than an hour, they were kind, knowledgable, and efficient. All of which were the opposite of Carman Ford big time. They even put the door code on my receipt at no extra charge, SO thank you Sheridan! You guys rock. BTW, they have a Shelby Ford pickup in the showroom. 101,000 dollars. No, that is not a typo. There was also one in the service lane with me when I was there today. Who is buying these things?! More

Terrible I purchased a 2008 Suburu Outback from Sheridan Ford a year ago. I brought the car to a mechanic to have it looked at and they said the head gaskets I purchased a 2008 Suburu Outback from Sheridan Ford a year ago. I brought the car to a mechanic to have it looked at and they said the head gaskets were leaking. I brought it back to Sheridan and asked them to give me more of a break on the price and they said no. They told me the engine was in good condition when I bought it. Now its in the shop with a blown head gasket and I am looking at $2,400 in repairs. Might actually be $3,300 if the catalytic converter is shot. Don't do business here. I guess I should have known when over one third of their reviews on FB are 1 out of 5 stars. Thanks for nothing Sheridan. More

Jon Hall answered all of our questions, showed us our options in a timely fashion, and didn't try to over-sell us at all - he respected our decision.
