NYC to Delaware, 1st class experience!! love my car! We had the pleasure to work with Carol F. @ Sheridan and she went above and beyond to make it a great experience! We had spoken earlier in the week b We had the pleasure to work with Carol F. @ Sheridan and she went above and beyond to make it a great experience! We had spoken earlier in the week by phone regarding a lease on a Platinum Expedition. She worked w/her team to come up with an amazing deal. I loaded up the family in our Navigator on Saturday morning and drove down to Delaware to swap cars. As we pulled into the lot, as promised, Carol had our new Expedition in the front detailed and welcomed us as soon as we stepped out of our car. The whole process took about 1 hour and we were smiling all the way back to NYC in our new car. Carol and her team were simply amazing and definitely worth the trip! More

Communication The dealership does nice work but the communication between the service department and the customer could be a little better. If a customer is spending $4,000.00 to have their vehicle fixed, the dealership should keep them informed throughout the process. They told me it would be done one day and kept it an extra day without contacting me and I had to call and find out that it was finished. Then they forgot to do one of the services I wanted them to. I couldn’t leave it there another day so I had them deduct it from the bill. They did however discount the work that I had done a little because of the oversight which was nice. I, as a customer am willing to pay the full bill, I just would like to be updated more on where they are in the repair, especially if they need to keep the vehicle an extra day, so I can plan my rides to work accordingly. More
