Had faults at time of purchase, cost me $413 to fix Purchased a vehicle as I'm from out-of-state since it had the vehicle configuration that I wanted. I was presumed the confidence of having the Ford Pre-Owned warranty. But this was my fault for not asking about the all the functionality of the vehicle. Looked at the pictures after the fact and saw the parking sensors “off” button but assumed it to be in good working / functional condition at purchase. If a diagnostics would have been run as mentioned in the Ford CPO manual, it would have showed the codes B1B38 / B1B42 so I’m disappointed in that sense that there would be no errors in the vehicle when arriving. This ended up costing me $413 to fix. More

They must treat their employees good because it’s always the same people even over a long period of time. People are always nice, it’s like the Chic-fil-a of dealers. Their service lounge is awesome, I worked from there a half day and didn’t miss a beat. Coffee, Wi-fi, juice, TVs, if they get a massage chair I may never leave! Anyway, I never write reviews, but I feel I owe it to them. Joe, my man, you run a great business! More

My fiancee took off work the following day and made arrangements to travel to the dealership to procure the vehicle. I spoke with Quasha (whom was working with the salesman by the name of Joe) and when I asked her "so you are going to hold this for us? We will be there with the check tomorrow." Her exact response was "yes, I am moving it aside right now for you." I get a phone call not long after saying they sold the truck. After all that they sold it to someone else. Not the kind of dealership I want to do business with. More
