I purchased a vehicle from Sheridan ford and received a temp tag. 2 months passed and still had not received my permanent tags. Notified them 4 days prior to temp tag expiring and was told I would receive temp tag. 2 months passed and still had not received my permanent tags. Notified them 4 days prior to temp tag expiring and was told I would receive another temp tag before mine expired. They expired on Saturday and I never received the new temp tag. Being my only vehicle I had no transportation so had to cancel all my plans for Sunday and have to call out of work on Monday. being my tag is expired. More
Service was fine. I have lifetime free oil change which I bought with the car 3 yrs ago, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. They have made zero effort to make this right. Too bad for everyone. Kenneth Walter their service writer did a good job. None of my displeasure with this dealership is his fault. More

Sold problems and lies Bought a $50K used truck; worst dealership experience I've had thus far. A detailed review would be far too long, will attempt to be concise. Truck had multiple unacceptable issues when sold, some were fixed by dealer, some I had to have home dealer fix. Vehicle was obviously not inspected prior to sale. Was not willing to buy a truck with dealer repaired cam phasers, was lied to and sold a truck that had cam phasers replaced immediately prior to sale; cam phasers still make horrible noise, home dealer states "will not repair vehicle for noise". Contacted management, was offered to buy a ESP, at higher cost than I could procure on my own. Received plates a week prior to temp tags expiring if truck issues weren't enough. Tag issues still are not resolved due to money factor. Finally contacted Ford Customer care seeking resolution to how unhappy I am with this dealer and now, Ford, after they "forwarded my complaint to Ford Performance". Afforded dealer the opportunity to fix my terrible experience and finally resorting to sharing my experience on any/every platform available. Spent $56k dollars, looking at trading the vehicle in for one that is reliable, or at the very least forced to purchased a $1600 ESP because of all the issues, immediately upon taking ownership of the truck. Last but not least, do not let Joe's Military service pride fool you into a false sense of security; he was unwilling to do anything for a current Service Member even with all the issues. Regret of purchasing from this dealer can-not be overstated. More

I could not be happier with the way I was treated by John Iannarella, my service advisor, as well as everyone else who I to my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO. I could not be happier with the way I was treated by John Iannarella, my service advisor, as well as everyone else who I interacted with. John made sure I was kept up to date with the progress of my repair. The work was done efficiently and any questions I had (and there were many) he was happy to answer. Sheridan Ford did not sell me my SHO. But they will be the dealership I buy my next car from. More
