Taking Covid precautions seriously. My Fusion needed an oil change. I first went to another Ford dealer in the area but refused to use them as they were not conforming to CDC recommenda My Fusion needed an oil change. I first went to another Ford dealer in the area but refused to use them as they were not conforming to CDC recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised most of the staff at Sheridan Ford were adhering to CDC recommendations regarding masks and social distancing. I was told 1.5 hours for the works service package. It was 1.5 hours including removing a screw and repairing the tire. Tara kept me informed as to the progress and only $19 for the tire repair. Keep up the good work and do not let the COVID precautions slip. More

I was very nervous about purchasing a vehicle but after working with Mr. Dave I was comfortable. He was very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. But I had a totally different experience at Sheridan Ford on Kirkwood Highway working with Mr. Dave. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I will most definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go there and have the best experience purchasing a vehicle without feeling pressured or belittled. More

The first time I scheduled to have the tailgate lock fixed, they didn't have the part in stock so I wasted 2 hours and got to work late. If they couldn't fix it, they should have rescheduled me.
