I could not be more frustrated by my post-purchase experience. I bought a used Jeep through Sheridan back in June, and since then I have had some of the slowest and unresponsive service dealing with experience. I bought a used Jeep through Sheridan back in June, and since then I have had some of the slowest and unresponsive service dealing with issues on the car I just purchased! Since buying the car, I have had to replace a tire because there was existing damage that was at risk of blowing out, and have been trying for two months to arrange for service on my vehicle to fix a faulty sensor. I was told they would look into refunding me on the tire and never heard back, even after I repeatedly asked for an update. Even though I purchased a warranty through Sheridan, I was informed that I would have to arrange a service appointment on my own at a separate dealership, with no help from Sheridan on coordination or arranging for a loaner vehicle. Services that were sold to me as standard and included when I purchased the warranty. I have been trying to contact the dealership for literal weeks now with very little response. When I call, I am told that they are either not available, or just stepped out, every time. And when I leave my name and number for a call back, it never happens. The few times I have spoken to the staff, they inform me they are looking into the situation and will call “right back”, and yet do not return the call. This is far from the experience I would expect after purchasing a car, let alone within the first two months. More

I was pleasantly surprised most of the staff at Sheridan Ford were adhering to CDC recommendations regarding masks and social distancing. I was told 1.5 hours for the works service package. It was 1.5 hours including removing a screw and repairing the tire. Tara kept me informed as to the progress and only $19 for the tire repair. Keep up the good work and do not let the COVID precautions slip. More
