Staff was not friendly. Friendly and quick, but frustrating! Brought Toyota Higlander for the works....have brought several times before. This time and last, no oil change light reset. Service light on, told can't run diagn Higlander for the works....have brought several times before. This time and last, no oil change light reset. Service light on, told can't run diagnostics, don't have the capability for a Toyota. So now we've got to pay a Toyota dealership to do, what was already paid for with"the works" Feels like we have wasted time and money, not sure we can trust what was actually completed vs what was checked off. Unfortunately this happened on the last service for the Toyota as well! More

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment to reprogram power steering module and oil change the dealership did not even look at may vehicle on the scheduled day of service.
