When I got there there was only one advice who wasn't calling me over to help. He was too busy talking to the techs. Then while he's checking me in he gives me a hard time about the wipers I brought with calling me over to help. He was too busy talking to the techs. I finally saw Josh and asked him to take over my RO. Josh is the glue holding that department together. When I get my truck back the windshield stripping is hanging off!!! I didn't bring my truck in like that. The service manager was useless. If I wanted to deal with a useless service manager I'd go back to Carman or Porter. Josh is the only reason why we bring our vehicles in. Your detail department is never touching our vehicles ever again. More
