I had a scheduled oil change. I cannot help to think that this man does not like to wait on a woman yet alone a disabled woman because a man walked in after me and he took full care of him! Do all disabled people get ignored here?!? More

I couldn't have had a better experience. Kayla was fabulous and ALL the staff were wonderful , knowledgeable and work as a team. This is a very no pressure environment. I've got three Hondas over the years and all were great vehicles. Mike Morocco sold me the first two and Cliff sold me the latest. Both of these fellows were a bit different than typical car salesman. Neither engaged is bs'ing me or making false promises. The manager I though was fair I thought but I know his first concern was his own bottom line. The two things I didn't like were the last vehicle I got, I leased and Honda changed the allotted miles from 12k per year to 10k and I have to pay Honda 300 bucks unless I buy another Honda. In effect forcing me to stay with that line or pay up. I know that's Honda and not the dealership but the dealers could push back on that. More
