My car stalled in the middle of the highway in Hermitage. I was towed to Shenango Honda and they promptly got to work on my car. It took a little long to determine the cause of the problem, but once they did I was towed to Shenango Honda and they promptly got to work on my car. This is a 10 year old car with 150,000 miles and I don't mind spending a couple hundred dollars to have a repair done when the alternative was looking like buying a new car. My only complaint was the sales cashier was a little less than friendly. Overall, though, I felt the service department was very thorough, had excellent communication, and the price was reasonable.
