In fact, I had already walked out of a couple of other dealerships and was prepared to do the same at Shenango Honda. However, Missy Heim was my Sales Consultant, and I believe she bent over backwards to help me purchase the car I had my eye on. Neither she, or any other member of the sales team was pushy of made me feel inferior in any way. They were honest and up-front with me, and treated me and my wife very well. I would highly recommend Missy Heim and the folks at Shenango Honda to anyone. More

He was friendly, understanding, and enthusiastic. Also, the finance rep (can't remember his name) was really nice and was not pushy when he offered the extended warranty to us. Finally, Cliff and the finance rep stayed after hours to help us finish up the deal on a Friday night which was really awesome. More
