We made a tentative agreement, but wanted to think about it overnight and check insurance rates before committing. The next day, we called Terry and informed him that we would be in the following day to close the deal. After the sale was done, and we were ready to leave with our new CRV, he took the time to explain each control of our new vehicle to us. He went "above and beyond" to make sure that my wife had the seat adjusted properly, understood everything and even linked her cell phone and phone numbers so that she could use that feature immediately.
