Cliff is an awesome sales rep, he was quick, professional and easy to understand, great stuff all around, the car was definitely an upgrade and it's way more spacious, while retaining the fuel efficiency. Jay and Rob were AWESOME helping me make a decision. Jay is the best! He explained everything to me in detail in the new model HRV, and even things in the HRV that i came to buy out if my lease. Went in to buy a used car. They must think they are the only car dealer around! They were asking almost 10 grand for a 16-year-old car! I offered what kbb said would be a fair They must think they are the only car dealer around! They were asking almost 10 grand for a 16-year-old car! I offered what kbb said would be a fair deal. I was told that kbb did not know cars. And would not budge. So, left without car. Two weeks later and they still have the car and have lowered the price. The people I worked with are not listed. More
