Cliff is an awesome sales rep, he was quick, professional and easy to understand, great stuff all around, the car was definitely an upgrade and it's way more spacious, while retaining the fuel efficiency. Jay and Rob were AWESOME helping me make a decision. Jay is the best! He explained everything to me in detail in the new model HRV, and even things in the HRV that i came to buy out if my lease.
