Since we were coming from quite a distance, he answered a lot of our questions over the phone to help us determine if we should even go to test drive the car. Since this is a Honda dealership, Jason wasn't as familiar with the specs on the Ford, but he certainly did his research, and by the time we arrived he was able to answer all our questions. He was never pushy, or never made us feel rushed into making a decision...in fact he even let us take the car for a second test drive. While we were waiting for our paperwork to be ready, it wasn't awkward silence sitting in his office; he and my husband talked like they'd known each other for years. Usually I cringe when we have to go car shopping. But this was an overall pleasant experience. More
