No haggling Getting a new vehicle was very important to me seeing as though I just had my son two months ago. When searching for a new car safety was my number one importance. After weeks I decided a honda was the way to go, as long as the test drive and numbers were right. I called spur of the moment and talked to Missy, who instantly was able to make time within the hour to see me! I went in and she was humble and very welcoming! She asked about my little one and made me feel welcomed. At first I wanted a brand new 2016 CR-V but after I sat down with the numbers decided it was just a little more than I wanted to spend. Missy had already pulled information on a 2015 CR-V before I even came in and wasn't at all annoyed by me needing to downgrade. After test driving the 2015 I decided to go for it if the numbers were right. To much of my amazement there was no haggling, they already dropped the price for me and negotiated a fair price for my trade in! Bravo shenango Honda for making this so pain free! Oh and I forgot to mention I had to leave to get my son before making the deal, when I got back with him the whole staff made the transition into my new car so easy!!! More
