My pretty new car. I'm going to preface this by saying I have exceptionally high expectations and hold people to a pretty high bar. I went car shopping when my vehicle was in the shop. I have known Jenna since college and I messaged her on FB because I'd rather give the opportunity to earn my business to someone I know. I set up a time to test drive as I was torn between my CR-V and a Toyota RAV-4. The dealership isn't as "fancy" as the glossy New Toyota store up the road and prior to visiting Jenna I was strongly leaning Toyota, but I went in for a test drive anyway. Let me tell you. She knows her stuff. She is very calm and confidant with what she is showing you. She also will not put you in a car that you won't be 100% satisfied with. I was looking at the HRV in the show room and she said " Your husband is over 6 foot right? How tall is your daughter?? That's right... Get out of this car, don't even look at this- this isn't going to fit your family." I appreciate brutal honesty, lol. By telling me to get out of the car she really gained my trust. I have a background in the auto industry so I'm well aware of various tricks, antictic- etc. There is none of that nonsense at this dealership. The only thing that I was unhappy with was my initial trade value, but I was able to negotiate a better trade so that is water under the bridge. I was able to work things via facebook messenger, showing her screenshots of other local deals and getting price matches, etc. She made herself very accessible at all times which made everything so much easier. I then worked with Bob in F&I, I could literally talk to him all day, he is awesome! He explained everything very well. As a woman car buying on her own without her husband there- I was taken seriously and not taken. At the end of the day I am thrilled with my CR-V and I highly suggest Shenango Honda. More

If you don't "look" like you have money, they won't even give you the time of day. This was the second of three Honda dealers I visited looking to lease a CRV. Like the other two dealers, they treated me like I was contagious, and blatantly went out of their way to avoid eye contact. I now have no desire to own a Honda anymore and will be taking my business to another brand soon. More
