1st Time Buying A Car (2011 Chevy HHR) I first started with Paul who helped me out a lot with finding finacing and such. "First Time Buyer" I am very grateful I went to Shelor for buying my first car. Right from the beginning Adam Hankins was polite, happy to answer all my questions, and h I am very grateful I went to Shelor for buying my first car. Right from the beginning Adam Hankins was polite, happy to answer all my questions, and helpful to get the process started. He took my list of "must-haves" and helped to pick out the perfect car. At no point did he make my needs seem impossible or unreasonable, he was simply up to the challenge of finding what I needed. He also allowed me plenty of time to shop around and was quick to answer emails and give further suggestions about what I might need/like. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me a car, but rather he was trying to help me buy a car. I made a lot of first time buyers mistakes, but Adam has been great helping me through the process. The same for Corey Harris. I had a lot of technical questions about two Toyotas I was considering. His knowledge of the cars and hybrids in general was outstanding. He, like Adam, seemed to only have my best interest in mind, not about simply making a sale. Thanks again to everyone I encountered. I received a lot of advice from friends and family about how to "not get ripped off" at a dealership and about how sales associates would take advantage of a first time buying female. None of that advice was needed at Shelor, and I'm glad of it. More
