Unorganized and dishonest My salesman told me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. I was promised a second key to the car I purchased but was told later that they were not go My salesman told me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. I was promised a second key to the car I purchased but was told later that they were not going to give it me, they also said that they would hold a check for a down payment and it was put through early causing overdraft fees. I had to make 2 extra trips to the dealership to give them more paperwork that they needed. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

Got a good, dependable vehicle but not what we were really w Pat Gemmell was wonderful. We were searching specifically for a 4WD vehicle but ended up with a front wheel drive car. We drove a SUV that we really liked but financing did not work for it. Although this is understandable, it seemed that little effort was put in to find the type of vehicle that we expressed we wanted. We were approached with the Prius as "the only option" available. Although a very nice and dependable car we still left with something other than what we truly wanted. Also, the key fobber battery is already showing low battery and we were already told to come back to fix some minor problems More
