Absolutely fantastic I was in total need of a vehicle and no one would ever take a chance one me, I got in touch with Bowie Cliff and he conversed with me over emails and I was in total need of a vehicle and no one would ever take a chance one me, I got in touch with Bowie Cliff and he conversed with me over emails and once on the phone. He really helped me out and had me prepared for my visit. He told me that he would not be able to assist me due to him being off on the day I wanted to come up but that one of his associates would be able to, and I am kind of glad for that. I went to Shelor on Wednesday. I was nervous and doubtful. I went to the welcome center and a man by the name of Tyler Adams was called over to help me. This was the start of my great day. Tyler was very professional and he walked me through the entire process. I was new to it all and he made me feel like it was all okay. I told him what I wanted, which was totally out of my price range, lol. He found three vehicles that he thought I would like and I kind of knew which one I wanted as soon as he said it but he put up with test driving almost all of my choices. There was an issue with the car that I wanted, it needed a key and we are working on that, but I could not be more in love with it. Tyler made me feel at ease throughout the process, he was down to earth and was the kind of person that makes you want to come back and do business with him again. I am extremely happy with the service, the car and Shelor! I will recommend Shelor along with Tyler to anyone! More
